LabGrab Skincare
Silk Therapeutics’ sister skincare line was created as an affordable, entry-level introduction to Activated Silk™ technology, but unclear brand positioning left target customers confused (and not buying it). My design partner and I were tasked with updating e-commerce communications to make LabGrab more appealing to younger customers, while still maintaining a connection to the Silk Therapeutics brand.
We needed to keep the original LabGrab brand name, logo and design elements, so we leaned into the science angle, positioning ourselves as youthful, quirky scientists with a passion for skincare. (Two things that aren’t mutually exclusive!)
The result? A fresher tone, a bolder identity, and an immediate increase in clicks, conversions and sales.
